Born in Bolton, England in 1964,
Simon studied photography at Batley
College of Art then
graduated to Bournemouth College

While studying
in Bournemouth Simon won The Student
Gold Award in the 1985
Benson & Hedges
Photographic competition.
Upon graduation Simon worked as a freelance
photographer until joining the
National Motor Museum Picture Library as staff photographer in 1990.
In 1996 Simon was commissioned to photograph a set of stamps for
the Royal Mail to commemorate
100 years of motoring,
after which Simon went freelance to concentrate on magazine
publishing work.
Simon currently travels around the world photographing many subjects for many different clients. |
